Author Guidelines
Language and Spelling
Language: Manuscripts must be written in clear, idiomatic English (UK or US spelling is acceptable, but must be consistent throughout).
Originality: Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
Length: Manuscripts should not exceed 7000 words (including tables, figures, captions, and references). For exceptions, contact the editorial board.
Formatting and Word Limit
Your manuscript structure should be as follows:
A. title
B. an unstructured abstract of no more than 250 words
C. maximum of 5 keywords
D. body of article
E. all references
F. appendices, if any
The total word count for A through to F should be no more than 7000 words.
Formatting:
– Font: Georgia 11 pt; the manuscript title should be in Georgia 12 pt, bold.
– Spacing: 1.5 line spacing throughout.
– Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides.
– Paragraphs: First paragraph after a heading: no indentation. Subsequent paragraphs: first-line indent of 1 cm.
– Justification: All text paragraphs should be fully justified.
Headings: Use up to four levels of headings:
– First-order heading: Bold, Title Case, left-aligned.
– Second-order heading: Bold, Title Case, left-aligned.
– Third-order heading: Bold, Title Case, left-aligned.
– Fourth-order heading: Bold, Title Case, left-aligned.
*Do not number headings unless necessary for your paper’s structure.*
Title Page
Manuscript Title: Brief, specific, and informative.
Author(s):
– Full name(s)
– Institutional affiliation (e.g., Department, Faculty, University, Country)
– Email address
– ORCID ID (format: https://orcid.org/0000-0000-0000-0000)
Abstract and Keywords
Abstract: Max. 250 words. Unstructured. Should state purpose, methods, results, and conclusion. Avoid citing sources or including content not found in the paper.
Keywords:
– Include 5 keywords
– Use lowercase (capitalize only proper nouns)
– Separate with commas, no final period
Citations and References
In-text Citations: Follow APA 7th edition style. Include author surname and year; add page number for direct quotations.
Reference List:
– Use the heading ‘References’
– Include only cited works
– Use hanging indent (0.5 inch/1.27 cm)
– Alphabetize by surname of the first author

Tables and Figures
Tables:
– Label above: Table X (bold)
– Title below: Italic Title Case
– Conform to APA 7 table style
– Use single or 1.5 spacing; font size may be reduced (e.g., Georgia 10 pt)
Figures:
– Label above: Figure X (bold)
– Title below: Italic Title Case
– Ensure high quality and appropriate resolution
Ethics and Disclosures
Conflict of Interest:
– If no conflict exists, use this standard statement: No potential conflict of interest was reported by the author(s).
Acknowledgments:
– Mention non-author contributors with their permission.
– Include funding bodies with grant numbers, if applicable.
Submission Process
Submit the manuscript in Word format (.doc/.docx) via the journal’s designated submission email.
Use the provided template to ensure style conformity.
